While visiting my husband in his nursing home I met a women who was constantly crocheting different projects. I asked her what she was working on and she said that she is a member of the National Council of Jewish Women and that she crochets little hats and blankies for newborns and brings them to their office every so often. Since I have been buying Vanna’s Choice yarns for years and have quite a bit of leftover yarn from numerous projects, I have begun to give her a bag every so often and in that way Vanna’s yarns have a dual purpose. I applaud you for your charitable giving and will continue to purchase Vanna’s Choice yarns for my future projects.

Is that really a solid ball of Vanna’s Choice? It’s enormous! How much yarn is in it and what does it weigh?

This is a win win for me. I use Vanna’s choice to make hats for Operation Christmas child’s shoe box ministry so it’s like helping two charities at once

Our Prayer Shawl Ministry at St James Parish, Sauk Village, Illinois makes Prayer Shawls for the Ladies and lapghans for the gentlemen. We love Vanna’s choice to complete our projects. Last year we gifted 232 and this year we are at 176 so you can see there is a need.
