Chelsea, the neighborhood just a little to the west of us, is one of the most thriving neighborhoods in Manhattan. Chelsea is roughly defined as the area from 14th-34th Streets between Sixth and Twelfth Avenues. Home to numerous art galleries, Chelsea has become the center of the New York City art world. It is also home to the IAC Building, designed by noted architect Frank Gehry. When the weather is nice take a stroll at The High Line, a park created from a converted historic freight rail.

For information on current news and events in this neighborhood, we recommend that you visit the New York Magazine website here.
