My friend and I are coming to NYC in April and the one thing on my agenda that I have to do is visit the Lion Brand Yarn Studio.

Hi Marguerite, don’t forget that all Lion Brand products are available for sale on LionBrand.com (there’s also additional info there):

You can also check with your local stores to see if/when they’re planning on adding this new product to their shelves. Hope that helps!

I happen to agree with Vondew, I thought I had a handle on my stash. But, with the new colors and yarns, my resistance is low. Very low!

I’m trying to find Lion Brand “Jiffy” in Forest Green & Rose.  How can I order this or at what store do you carry these colors?   Dee email address

Hi Dee, unfortunately, those are both discontinued colors of Jiffy, so they won’t be available at the Lion Brand Yarn Studio or on LionBrand.com. We usually recommend auction sites like eBay.com, yarn communities like Ravelry.com or Crochetville.org (other yarncrafters may have some in their personal collections and be willing to sell/trade), or marketplace sites like Amazon.com as good places to look for discontinued products. Good luck on your search!

I’m visiting New York in April as well and one of my things to-do is stop in at Lion Brand.  I can’t wait.  Instead of getting a hande on my stash I’m figuring out how to leave extra room in my suitcase!  At least yarn isn’t heavy.  The Local Guide is great – thank you!  I have it bookmarked to refer to for the trip.

Can’t wait to see you! Do be sure to check our store hours page before your trip, as we do have a few holiday closings this month.
