Adorable items. Do all require knitting or any of them made of felt etc.
    Thank you

This is such a welcome addition to the knitting pattern world. Lots of crochet animal hat patterns out there, but not very many knit patterns. Hurray!

I wish someone would make a pattern for these hats and bootees in crochet – they are very clever and so gorgeous!! The little bootees are just the icing on the cake.

These are, without a doubt, the best animal hats I’ve ever seen. My knitting skills are not up to that required for these beauties and I live in Oregon, so am out of luck. Would still love to purchase the book, as another poster indicated. Let us know if the publisher will increase numbers. Thanks!

I purchased this book a few months ago. Around the same time I bought many skeins of Lion Brand’s Woolspun to make a hue shift afghan. With the left over yarn, I started making Gramma Nancy’s animal hats. The Woolspun knits up beautifully and creates a wonderful cozy and soft hat that has terrific stitch definition. The colors work perfectly with the patterns. I just went out to buy more Woolspun as I plan to make every hat in the book.
