Workshop Tracks

Not sure which workshop to take? We have categorized all of our workshops into “Tracks.” Each track includes workshops that cover a specific skill set (like “Color-work”) or related courses (like “Intro To”). Select a Track that interests you to find out which workshops are right for you. For example, if your goal is to learn how to make a sweater, you should check out the workshops in the “Garment Making” track.

Each Track is subdivided by craft: Knitting, Crochet and Yarncrafting. Because we add new workshops all the time, this list will be updated monthly, so be sure to check back often for updates.

One workshop may appear in a variety of tracks (e.g. Intro to Fair Isle is included in both the “Intro To” track and the “Color-work” track).  Most workshops can be taken in any order, excepting ones that have an intro level and an intermediate level or those marked with level 1 & level 2.

When you look on the schedule to see what workshops are being offered this month, you’ll notice that each workshop description lists a code that corresponds with its appropriate track or tracks.  (Tip: If the workshop you want to take is not currently available on the schedule, you can book it as a private lesson!)

In addition, each workshop description includes the skill prerequisites. Please be sure to check the prerequisites, and if you are uncertain about whether a workshop is the right fit, feel free to call us at 212-243-9070.
